Age Recommendations
Our soft play areas and ball pits are designed for children aged 6 months to 5 years. They provide a safe and fun environment tailored to toddlers and young children.
Rules of fun
To ensure the safety of the children and protect our equipment, we have a few important guidelines.
NO face paint: Unfortunately, face paint can stain our soft play equipment. For this reason, we kindly ask that you do not hire a face painter or allow a face painter during your party.
No food / drink in the play area: To keep all children safe and the play area clean, food and drinks are not permitted within the soft play zone. We provide fencing to clearly mark the designated play space.
No shoes - Socks preferred: Shoes must be removed before entering the soft play area to avoid bringing in dirt and debris. We provide a shoe basket outside the entrance for your guests' convenience.
Safety Measures
At Soft Play Pop Up Parties, safety is our top priority. We adhere to strict safety guidelines and ensure that all our equipment is clean, sanitized, and child-friendly for a worry-free play experience.
Timings
We arrive an hour before your event to set up and clear up at the end time of your event. Packages are priced for up to 4 hrs with the option to add hours for an additional fee. We can also work with venue time constraints with a smaller window of load in/out times.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Our payment process is simple and transparent. We require a damages deposit of £50 to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day before the event. THe damages deposit is refunded after the event providing there are no damages. For cancellations, please refer to our policy for details on refunds and rescheduling.
